Hergom E-30 L Stove: Panoramic Fire View and Substantial Heat
The Hergom E-30 L is the largest model in the popular E-30 range of cast iron wood-burning stoves. The “L” truly stands for large, signifying its design to provide substantial heat output. Furthermore, it offers a spectacular, panoramic view of the fire in big spaces. This stove features a contemporary design defined by exceptionally smooth lines. It showcases a very large, 52 cm -wide glass front. Consequently, this expansive window offers a truly breath-taking view of the dancing flames.
The stove is built entirely from robust, high-quality cast iron. This material is widely known for its incredible longevity. Moreover, cast iron holds heat extremely well. It retains and emits the heat gently over long periods. Therefore, this provides consistent, comfortable warmth in your home. The internal panels are also cast iron. Furthermore, the manufacturer coats them with a white enamel (flux). This coating significantly enhances the brightness and reflection of the fire.
Power, Efficiency, and Modern Compliance
The Hergom E-30 L model boasts a powerful nominal heat output of 11 kW. Thus, this makes it an ideal heating solution for very large rooms or open-plan living areas. It achieves this power while remaining highly efficient, recording over 79 %Â efficiency. Crucially, the E-30 L is EcoDesign 2022 ready. This confirms it meets modern, clean air legislation standards. This demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental performance.
The large firebox offers excellent fuel capacity. It can easily accommodate substantial quantities of wood. Furthermore, it comfortably burns logs up to 600 mm in length. This reduces the frequency of refuelling. The advanced air system features an Airwash system. This helps to keep the large glass clean, ensuring an uninterrupted view of the fire. It also includes a single regulator for primary and secondary air control. Most importantly, it has a closed combustion adaptor as standard. This allows for direct external air intake. This feature is ideal for passive and modern, well-insulated homes.
